背景
CPU塔式散熱器由INTEL不停推高功耗開始慢慢沒落, AMD那邊廂更是笑話, 主因還有風冷散熱技術停滯不前沒有大突破。CPU塔散逐漸變得難以壓制範圍極小(DIE面積)兼極快又極大的功耗波動, 塔式風冷有被CPU AIO一體式水冷取代之勢。那些風冷散熱廠商能夠做的就是把風冷散熱器的價格降下來, 將頂級散熱性能下放。我們可看到那些中國散熱品牌紛紛推出性能強大的百元(RMB)風冷單塔散熱器和二三百元(RMB)的雙塔風冷散熱器, 輕鬆斬殺國際知名大廠動輒五六七八百元的頂級型號。
YUJIHW又再一次收到來自追風者PHANTEKS的最新風冷塔式散熱器(單塔和雙塔)作開箱測試, 感謝香港代理商AMART一直以來的無限量信任和支持。PHANTEKS在風冷散熱器市場中深耕已久, 當年的雙塔PH-TC14PE更與NOCTUA D14和THERMALRIGHT IB-E EXTREME齊名, 但近年可謂毫無新意。在上年年尾PHANTEKS終於再次推出新款風冷塔式散熱器, POLAR系列S5-120(單塔)和T6-120(雙塔)。PHANTEKS以那些中國散熱品牌的新皇牌型號作為目標, 利用國際知名品牌的實力攻佔中低價散熱市場。今日就讓我們帶各位讀者細看這兩款PHANTEKS仍未在全球官網頁面上架的最新PHANTEKS風冷產品。

由於今次測試涉及120MM單塔, 所以我們特意將12900K的電壓降至最低, 並只以P95 SFFTS (NON AVX)作測試。我們未有測試AVX的版本。以下測試除非有特別指明, 否則全是裸跑測試, 兼底板躺平。

T6雙扇原廠建議PUSH & PUSH, 即是將風扇掛在吹向鰭片的那一邊。若將風扇安裝成PULL, 噪音上升溫度亦未見有改進。PHANTEKS M25風扇只適合PUSH。

總結
喜見更多散熱老牌重新找到熱誠再度推出風冷散熱器, 為眾多懼怕AIO漏水的用家帶來更多優質選擇。PHANTEKS POLAR T6-120表現不俗, 但只在躺平狀態下大放異彩, 我們不理解為何官方會將T6的導熱管稱之為抗重力設計。對於現今INTEL主流高階CPU能否被風冷散熱器壓制, 這視乎CPU的電壓有多低及日常使用的軟件/負載是什麼。在日常上網睇片打機的情況下我們看不到為什麼不能選用風冷散熱器, 可是考慮到INTEL NON K CPU在降壓上的性能損失問題, 風冷塔散要生存下來的確困難。INTEL扣具的部份與GLACIER ONE T30 GEN2上的感受差不多, 建議PHANTEKS砍掉重造。
PHANTEKS POLAR S5-120是高一級的PHANTEKS單塔銅底版本, 經測試後我們感到老牌散熱大廠終於歸位, S5-120憑藉出色的抗引力銅管成功壓制250W 12900K(NON AVX), 雖然噪音代價有點太大。PHANTEKS特調的塔散設計明顯獨愛風量型風扇, 雖然PHANTEKS不認, 可惜現時各品牌頂級的風扇主要都是以風壓為優先, PHANTEKS附送降速線其來有自。
關於M25-120風扇的串連接駁設計內的第三針處理, 我們不建議在通電情況下拔插M25風扇。建議PHANTEKS直接完整移除風扇串連部份的第三針。將S5-120的散熱膏升級, 為T6-120加入長螺批, 要把對手殺下馬來應該不難。
客觀地說售價是這些新風冷塔散的唯一優勢, 加上風冷本身不會漏水損壞其他硬件, 客路甚廣。又有多少人24/7燒P95 AVX。PHANTEKS POLAR T6-120現售$310HKD而PHANTEKS POLAR S5-120現售$235HKD, 由代理商AMART提供五年保養。
