背景
YUJIHW對上一次測試風冷散熱器已是五年前。美好的時光過得特別快,2023年仍然站穩陣腳的只有NOCTUA一家。當年還沒有利民中國之亂把整個風冷散熱器市場殺到人仰馬翻,更沒有雅浚和追風者這些新興產品加入混戰。今次我們嘗試探索兩個謎團,一是所謂NOCTUA NH-D15在性能上已被利民大幅拋離之說是否正確,二是近年才被人重視的抗引力導熱銅管設計(AGHP)到底是什麼一回事。YUJIHW自行出資購入以下七款塔式風冷散熱器進行測試,測試前我們無法掌握誰勝誰負,以下多有得罪。
測試平台
今次測試仍然選用I9-12900K,裸跑測試,底板擺放方式是垂直但上下倒轉。底板是GIGABYTE Z790 AORUS ELITE AX (REV1.0) BIOS F5,CPU TJMAX設定為115C、核心電壓設定為1.375V、LLC設定為LOW,最後得出~1.236V的SOCKET SENSE實際電壓(P95負載)。測試軟件繼續是PRIME95 SFFTS NO AVX,取第五至第十分鐘的數據。由於P95負載程度遠高於一般人日常使用,所以以下數據只供參考,未能反映日常水平。
PS. 我們亦加入了第三方散熱膏和風扇作測試,唯因為不同的散熱器設計對風扇設計各有不同要求,所以關於使用BE QUIET SILENT WING PRO 4風扇的測試數據未能夠完美反映散熱器自身的水平差異。塔式風冷散熱器一般來說更需要高風量風扇而非高風壓風扇,可惜市面上出色的風量風扇少之有少,又或是我們認知不足而已。追風者M25-120是一把好風量風扇,只是全速時(2000RPM)噪音過高。此刻回想,我們一開始應該使用M25作第三方風扇測試。還有,今次我們改用DBA作為音量測試標準,DBA/DBC未必能夠百份百反映人體聽感,數據只供參考。

測試數據
第一個測試是各散熱器利用自家的散熱膏和風扇進行,風扇全速。頭四款雙塔中THERMALRIGHT FC140 BLACK(GEN3)戰平NOCTUA老將NH-D15,雖然噪音輸九條街,價錢上THERMALRIGHT優勢盡現。有驚喜的卻是PHANTEKS T6-120,溫度只輸FC140 GEN3幾度但定價更吸引。要留意T6-120是120MM風扇,散熱器體積更細小。
單塔方面PHANTEKS S5-120同樣非常令人意外,新一代單塔皇者只售$235HKD,回想起五年前NH-U12S好像也要$450HKD。客觀地說PHANTEKS M25-120風扇太嘈,反而有點老利民台灣的感覺。使用銅管直觸設計(HDT)的THERMALRIGHT ASSASSIN X 120 R SE盡顯身價,溫度上未有被使用銅底設計的THERMALRIGHT ASSASSIN X 120大幅拋離實屬難得。
PS. 由於PHANTEKS追風者T6-120的自家散熱膏早已用盡,唯有以THERMALRIGHT TF7代替。在上一篇文章中我們有測試出T6-120自帶的散熱膏與THERMALRIGHT TF7差不多。

上面沒有提及的那一款雙塔,THERMALRIGHT FS140,我們估計手上的FS140應該不是V3版本。
據了解FS140有數個版本,至少有分V1、V2、V3。V1初代並沒有提到使用了任何AGHP即抗引力導熱銅管設計,V2則是首次引入AGHP,V3是AGHP的升級版。我們懷疑手上的FS140屬V2,或是壞掉的V3。
如果把我們手上的FS140躺平測試,則溫度大進。據了解現時港行存貨主要都是V3了。很多人說風冷塔散不需保養,未知我們手上的FS140可否進行RMA。

考慮到有部份散熱器標配近2000RPM的風扇,第二個測試是將原裝風扇降速至1500RPM水平。NOCTUA NH-D15與THERMALRIGHT FC140 V3繼續輕鬆勝出。FC140 V3風扇從1850RPM降至1500RPM後溫度變化不大,噪音值回歸正常合理水平。PHANTEKS T6-120雙塔的特別之處在於PHANTESK散熱器主體對風量極度飢渴,所以PHANTEKS T6-120的溫度在降500RPM後大幅上升。
單塔方面,PHANTEKS S5-120同樣受到風量的詛咒,被THERMALRIGHT ASSASSIN X 120追上。HDT設計的THERMALRIGHT ASSASSIN X 120 R SE緊隨其後。

之後我們統一使用特定的散熱膏和特定的風扇重新測試。由於我們使用BE QUIET SILENT WING PRO 4風扇而該風扇以風壓聞名,所以不少散熱器都有不同程度的溫度反升現像。NOCTUA NH-D15可能是唯一例外,我們猜測這是與散熱器本體兩側的折FIN範圍大小有關,NOCTUA擺明希望風流吹穿整個散熱器而非從散熱器兩側排出。PHANTEKS的設計大相逕庭,最憎風壓。THERMALRIGHT對風壓扇的取態還好,影響輕微。

將SIELNT WING PRO 4降至1500RPM後情況更惡劣,我們就不測試單塔了。這種測試NOCTUA明顯佔優。

總結
經過多輪測試後,我們未能得出什麼NOCTUA溫度表現輸九條街的結論,反之我們認為NOCTUA老而彌堅噪音性能兩得宜。利民中國的FC140的確強橫,絕對有能力與NOCTUA一戰。追風者的新產品主打便宜,利用自家風量風扇和新折FIN工藝成功做出亮眼的成績,只是比較嘈。對於更多人來說單塔才是重點,我們認為PHANTEKS S5-120和THERMALRIGHT兩款單塔ASSASSIN X 120和ASSASSIN X 120 R SE都值得推薦。關於利民中國的AGHP抗引力導熱銅管設計,在FC140 V3上發揮得淋漓盡致,FS140就不要提了。PHANTEKS T6-120同樣有採用類似的設計,以較細小的體積輕輕追貼FC140和D15。真正提都唔提什麼AGHP的是NOCTUA,他們跟本不需要以這種設計作為宣傳和技術展示。至於那個FS140,據BILIBILI上的測試其實不輸FC140太多,所以本文的數據應該未能夠反映新款FS140的真正實力。
